Falling for Lucy by Heather B. Moore

Synopsis:

Lucy Morley's older sister is perfect, and her younger brother is nearly there, too. Yet Lucy can't even hold down a job, let alone stick with something like college. She drops out and floats from job to job. After yet another disastrous firing, she lands an interview at a bookstore-her dream job-and it doesn't hurt that her new boss, Adam Parks, is pretty much her dream man. But if Lucy is good at one thing, its guarding her personal life and more importantly her heart. Adam has other plans in mind, though, and they include finding a way into Lucy's heart.

Review:

I love Heather's Falling Series that came out last year so I was excited for a new novella. I loved this novella about Lucy who has had many jobs and didn't graduate from college. But little does she know that when she takes a part time job at a bookstore it could change her life forever. She is very kind and has a good heart. It was an extra quick read with great chemistry between the characters. I loved that it took place in a bookstore... I mean who doesn't love books ;)

Falling For June by Heather B. Moore

Synopsis:

Once a year, June Dawson goes on vacation with her best friends from high school. When she arrives in Maui, she realizes she's the odd-woman out. With Sydney engaged, and Maria nearly so, June wonders if anyone will ever fall for her. Then June meets Lance, their gorgeous next door bungalow neighbor at the Maui resort, and she's definitely charmed. But after her recent breakup, June refuses to fall for gorgeous, or charming, again.

Review:

I was super excited for the third book in this Falling series to come out. I really like these very quick reads that have a lot of swoon worthy chemistry oozing from the pages. Falling in love in Maui is the last thing June thought would happen. She was excited for her girls trip in Maui and to lay on the beach with her good romance book. With some help from her friends she meets and gets to know Lance, their neighbor at the resort. She thought it may be a vacation fling until she learned how close they live in real life. This is the best summer beach (or pool) read. Major sparks fly between June and Lance leaving you with hope for their happy ending. This is a short and sweet, clean read that you can finish super fast but leaves you satisfied.

Falling for Maria by Heather B. Moore

Synopsis:

At twenty-six, Maria is holding out for the perfect man to share the rest of her life with. Josh seems to be that man, but after months of dating, their relationship is at a stand-still. Maria plans to nudge Josh forward, but when the company she works for is bought out, her new boss Walker seems determined to change Maria's idea of the perfect man.

Review:

This is another fun, fast-paced novella. Maria is a business woman with spunk and wants to be able to wear and be who she wants. Her work was bought out and a lot more rules were put into place that she didn't like. The new boss, Walker, comes to train and discuss the new policies with the company. Maria stands up for what she wants and thinks, and of course that catches the eye of the new boss. She soon finds herself having feelings for the new boss. I quite liked this short and sweet novella. The characters were developed well, they had great chemistry and I didn't want to put it down.

Falling for Sydney by Heather B. Moore

Synopsis:

Sydney has been the perfect friend, the perfect daughter, and Rian checks off on her perfect fiance list. But when Sydney notices a strange truck parked in her fiance's parking spot, she's in for the surprise of her life. Not only is Rian not who she thought he was, but his brother Jake is about to turn her life upside down.

My Review:

I love novella's for my busy life when I just have time for something short and sweet. This one was very quick and went by too fast. I really enjoyed this book but I do wish it was longer. I can't imagine being Sydney and being blindsided by your fiance. I'm so glad he became an ex before he became her husband! I love how Jake, the brother, stepped in to help Sydney and to be there for her so she wasn't too lost. I liked the story line and wish that you got to see Jake and Sydney's friendship/relationship grow... it all happened so fast. They did have good chemistry though. I liked this book and look forward to the other books in the series.
